Webly Studio Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and how we protect it. Effective upon posting.

What we collect

Personal identifying information you give us voluntarily: name, email address, phone number and billing address. Payment data: transaction details processed through Stripe. We do not retain full credit card information on our servers. Project assets you share with us: login credentials, files, brand materials and anything else needed to deliver the engagement.

How we use your information

To create accounts and provide access. To process orders, payments and transactions. To deliver the services in your Statement of Work, including campaigns, builds and ongoing work. To respond to enquiries and provide support. To send administrative updates about our terms and policies.

Who we share your information with

Third-party service providers and contractors who need access to do their job, including Stripe for payments. Marketing platforms such as Google and Meta where required for campaign execution under your engagement. Authorities where we are legally required to disclose.

How we share

Disclosure to third parties uses secure, encrypted API connections. Marketing platform sharing happens through secure agency portals. We do not sell your information to data brokers.

Security

We use SSL/TLS encryption in transit, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing through Stripe and restricted employee access to personal data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Cookies and analytics

We use first-party analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site beyond what is required for active campaigns we run for you.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as the relationship is active, plus any legal retention requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing support@weblystudio.com.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data and to object to certain uses. To exercise these rights, email support@weblystudio.com and we will respond within five business days.
